Important OS Requirements
This update supports 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 11, 10, 8, 7 and Vista running on Intel and AMD based PCs. ARM Snapdragon based PCs are not currently supported. 64 bit Windows versions require the use of Diacom USB cable #94073. What's New in Version 3.72
▪ 2026 Ilmor Stern Thruster Support: Version 3.72 supports Ilmor's new stern thruster modules. Support includes live stern thruster performance data as well as diagnostic fault code retrieval. Stern thruster module support requires Diacom USB cable #94073 with a minimum cable software revision of 37.
▪ 2026 Malibu Engine Support: Version 3.72 supports Malibu's new 2026 direct injected engines. Support includes comprehensive engine diagnostics and tests as well as EFI system calibration and firmware reflashing capabilities for authorized Malibu / Cobalt dealers. This engine support requires Diacom USB cable #94073 with a minimum cable software revision of 37.
▪ 2026 Mefi-7 Octane Ranking: Version 3.72 provides Malibu dealers with the ability to reset learned fuel octane ranking on their MEFI-7 equipped engines.
▪ Mercury / MerCruiser / Mercury Racing G3 2025 engine diagnostics: Version 3.72 supports G3 CAN based engine diagnostics through November 2025. Support added for the latest Mercury and Mercury Racing outboards as well as MerCruiser sterndrive and inboard engines. The latest engine support requires Diacom USB cable #94073 with a minimum cable software revision of 37.
