DIACOM TECH SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Be sure the correct parallel port is selected in Diacom's Configuration Menu (refer to page 3-11 in your Diacom Manual). Please note that you may need to select LPT2 or LPT3 for this setting even if your PC has only one parallel port.
